01 — Philosophy
What does Lazy mean?
Lazy is not avoidance. It is a refusal to do things the hard way when leverage exists — better tools, AI, automation, and people who are already excellent at the part you are not.
- Leverage first
- Ask what makes the work unnecessary before asking how to do it faster.
- Small surfaces
- Less product to maintain means more room to change your mind later.
- Delegate the repeatable
- If a machine can do it twice, it should never be done by hand.
- Good collaborators
- Taste is the one input that does not scale by adding effort.
